2. The Featured folder is not for submissions. Only the admin can submit work there.

3. Mature content (porn/gore etc) MUST be submitted to the 'Mature' folder.

Had it been a long day or was it just one long week? She could no longer tell just by simply looking at her own reflection. The week showed, it showed in her once gorgeous magenta eyes, which were now very bloodshot and had very dark circles beneath them. The week also showed in her once glorious rainbow ethereal mane as well, which compared to other days seemed unusually unkempt and frizzy. Even the once beautiful alabaster coat she had was an absolute disaster. As she gazed at the mirror, she would wonder she hadn't collapsed from exhaustion yet, using a hoof to take a closer look at her eyes.

The sun was setting, albeit slower than usual. Twilight kept her eyes upon the glowing orb as it descended. She could not blame Princess Celestia for working slower than she usually did. After what had just happened, even she would feel less than enthusiastic about her work. Twilight had just come from a meeting of Equestria's leaders, and in that meeting, Lord Swift of Cloudsdale had made an announcement that had shaken Equestria to it's core. Now her beloved country was split, with Cloudsdale breaking away from the rule of the princesses.

It was just as Celestia had told her. Twilight's first meeting with the nobility was just as dull and tedious as she'd been warned it would be. True, she might have, at first, been struck with awe over so many nobles and high officials in one place. But now she couldn't help but recall her night at the gala, where all they would do was strut about as though they owned the place, revelling in their own sense of self-importance. It felt strange for her to be back in this city. As Twilight walked down the main street of Canterlot, it simply amazed her over how much the place had recovered since last she was here. The last time her eyes fell upon her birth-city, it was almost entirely in flames, rubble everywhere from the ferocious attacks of the changeling horde. But here it was, just a few months later, as though it had never happened. The ponies here were truly something else if they'd managed to repair the damage so much.
